Roles in the project
The role of NRDA is to act as Facilitating Partner in the age management interventions in Lithuanian SME's. The organisation serves as network partner in order to support and coordinate the mentors and advisors and furthermore spreads the results on regional and national level.

About us
The National Regional Development Agency (NRDA) has extensive experience in formulating regional development policies through interventions in various thematic fields, for instance regarding women 55+, disabled persons and employment. NRDA puts priority on regional development as well as strategic management and promotion of small and medium-sized companies in Lithuania. NRDA has participated at the original "Best Agers" project and will join the extension stage for the possibility to implement practical age management approaches on regional level in Lithuania.
